Experience with any of the following: NetApp Storage, and Patrol systems is highly desirable. Requires 5 - 7+ years of AIX Unix experience along with 7+ years total of IT support experience. A Bachelors Degree is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered. Experience in a validated FDA environment is preferred. *Duties include the following, but not limited to: Support technical writing team developing detailed step-by-step Test Cases.
