*Role: EDI Consultant* *Location: Owings mills, MD*
*Duration: 6 Months* *Position Description:* Provide production support for Health Insurance Exchange Enrollment 834 EDI files. Troubleshoot production issues. Respond to critical outages or issues. Drive to root cause and resolution. Provide on-call support for after-hours batch processes. Follow SOP for implementing workaround and work with L3 technical team . Partner with Delivery Management team to ensure a smooth transition from enhancement and project teams to production support team.
