DIRECT CLIENT REQUIREMENT . NEED SR CANDIDATE Location: Iowa City, IA Rate : market + expenses Duration: 6 months+ The Sr. Business Integration Analyst analyzes complex problems to be solved with information technology processes and solutions. Responsibilities Analysis - Seeks support and input from key technical and non-technical stakeholders before, during, and after the analysis of a problem Cooperation - Fosters teamwork across the team and across the company, always acting with the best interest of the company in mind Customer Service - Provides superior customer experience while building relationships and demonstrating a passion towards service commitments Dependability - Exerts consistent effort to provide quality results that are focused on the results Judgment - Able to make quick and well-informed decisions, especially under high-pressure time-sensitive situations Listening - Practices active listening while assimilating new information from multiple inputs and data sources Relationships - Displays sensitivity and awareness of how his or her actions affect all individuals with whom they interact Communication - Speaks clearly and comfortably in both planned and impromptu situations, and is capable of producing written material, in the form of documents, worksheets, and presentations, to support communication needs Skills and Experience Required: 6+ years of experience developing project and program requirements in support of web-based business solutions Required: 4+ years of experience with SAP NetWeaver Portal knowledge management, content administration, and web page design Required: 4+ years of experience with SAP NetWeaver Portal in high-performance intranet, extranet, and internet environments Required: 2+ years of experience with SAP NetWeaver Portal branding and visual customization Strongly Preferred: 4+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting business critical internet-facing solutions Strongly Preferred: 2+ years of experience with SAP CRM Customer Business Package - Internet Sales Application Desired: 4+ years of experience in a hands-on web application development position leveraging Java, .NET, and XML frameworks Desired: A public domain portfolio of relevant and recent work samples - e.g. case studies, project summaries, design specifications, internet accessible web sites, etc. Note: Candidates with comparable skills and experience in technology platforms other than those stated above are encouraged to apply.
