*Please send resume to [email protected]* *SAN Program Manager * *Location: Seattle, WA* *Length: 6-12 months w/option for additional time * *Rate: $70.00 EQIVALANT TO base on 173hr a month* *Overview*: This ideal consultant would have previous exp leading the day to day management of large, complex *STORAGE* based projects. The Program Manager plays two key roles- one is customer facing, second is internally focused toward project management activities. This person will develop long term value realization plans by defining and managing appropriate portfolio of projects, in collaboration with project Managers, to achieve customer business objectives. *This person will manage project deliverables including project risks, issues, contingencies, communications, project schedules, project financials and change management plans. Verify adherence and performance to standard plans and procedures.* *Requirements:* 1. Ability to take a leadership role in interfacing with customers, project managers and field teams to identify business problems and help create solutions that achieve targeted business results while maximizing services o Must have previous project Manager with experience managing complex multi-year engagements. § Establish/validate corresponding tactical objectives with business process owners. § Provide guidance and coaching for assigned project managers assigned to the portfolio of projects assigned to the *Project Managers*. 2. Must have 7-10 yrs managing SAN and or Datacenter/Infrastructure engagements utilizing ITIL methodologies for: o Extensive Infrastructure Project Management experience § Reviewing and documenting Customer’s infrastructure (Data Center) and storage § Establishing and documenting current performance parameters and methodologies § Maximizing utilization of Datacenter by recommending and implementing best practices § Documenting processes and procedures o Experience managing projects in a managed services environment o Providing recommendations for alternate SAN implementation alternatives 3. Must have competency with the following capabilities: o Project Initiation & Integration Management o Scope Management * o Time Management o Cost Management * o Quality Management o Resource Management * o Risk Management 4. Must have significant exp Managing & executing cost-effective decisions regarding storage infrastructure delivery 5. Must have significant exp facilitating meetings and providing clients with regular reports, identifying and managing issues that may impact the Service delivery to clients. 6. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 7.
