Position: Senior Project Manager Duration : 6 months Location : Portland, OR LOCAL Preferred since they might be called for F2F interview. Job Description The successful candidate will facilitate and manage multiple technology projects through the full project lifecycle, including planning all aspects of the project with a focus on scope management, schedule, cost, communications and risk. The Senior Project Manager will be expected to work with both LBS and senior business management stakeholders alike while managing the execution of the project and applying Agile concepts. Required Skills: · Experience in full life-cycle solution delivery projects, managing cost, schedule and performance · Experience managing projects with a budget more than $1M, with a core team size between 4 and 12 members and a duration between 3 to 10 months · Demonstrated ability to develop resource plans, to coordinate on boarding of project resources, to develop and execute communication plans, and to define and execute risk management plans · Successful alignment of implementation details with business transition plans · Ensures scope/performance deliverables for project completion are identified and achieved · Facilitates and drives the development of WBS and project schedules, managing task assignments, tracking work against schedule, providing clarity on critical path tasks and reporting out accurately on progress · Effectively manage changes against schedule, scope and cost, as well being able to lead the assessment of project’s impact on dependant projects in the portfolio · Strong leadership identity and an aggressive, self-starter attitude · Experience and adaptability executing either Waterfall or Lean/Agile delivery methods · Proficient and comfortable in communicating with cross-functional teams, Sr. Management and Business Stakeholders to drive successful business outcomes · Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills · Leadership and ability to inspire and motivate teams · Positive team player who seeks the collective success of the team · Experience applying Agile concepts and tools · Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented, web-based (eCommerce) software development environment Other Skills: · PMP project management certification preferred · Knowledge and experience in critical Digital Commerce technology and tools: Java; ATG Commerce is a plus · Experience in a large, complex environment with over 20 active projects is preferred · Minimum 5 years professional experience, with a 4 year degree Regards, Ejaz Bridge Technologies and Solutions Phone : (303) 719-6919 Email : [email protected]<[email protected]> www.bridgetechsolutions.com * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
