The resource to also have the database handling using hibernate and or JDBC objects handing(adding/changing) and making appropriate call as needed by the business process. * * *Skills:* * * · Programmer-Analyst capabilities with 1-7 years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and direct the work of others, may report directly to a project lead or manager, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. · 7 years of Programming in WebSphere environment (Java/JEE/Struts 1.1) · 5 years experience with JavaScript techniques · 5 years experience with Java IDEs (Websphere RAD/Eclipse) · 5 years experience with Programming (SQL and/or PL/SQL) · 5 years experience with Leading programming teams (SOA based systems) · 5 years experience with Programming Server Applications (Servlets/Hibernate/JDBC) · 2 years programming in the JBOSS Enterprise SOA environment including JBOSS Workflow and Drools Business Rules engine. · 5 years experience developing complex computer systems using Java. · 3 years experience developing complex computer systems using java IDEs such as Eclipse · 5 years experience programming in SQL and/or PL/SQL · 5 years participating as a programmer/analyst in projects using CMM/CMMI Level 3 methods and practices * * *Responsibilities: * * * · Plans, develops, tests, and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems: · Evaluates user request for new or modified program, such as for financial or human resource management system, clinical research trial results, statistical study of traffic patterns, or analyzing and developing specifications for bridge design, to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities. · Consults with user to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. · Reads manuals, periodicals, and technical reports to learn ways to develop programs that meet user requirements. · Formulates plan outlining steps required to develop program, using structured analysis and design.
