*Qualifying Questions:
1. Where did you gain your experience with a large system implementation?
Was it SAP or something other?
2. Do you have specific knowledge of Master Data or Supply Chain? Years?
3. How many years of Project management experience do you have in a lead
position?
4. Do you have at least 10 years experience with Change Management and
Training Design/Development?*

• Experience leading a large, complex change management program in a
structured program environment
• Strong Change Management knowledge; a clear understanding of the
importance of managing change effectively from an organizational and
business impact perspective
• SAP or large system implementation experience
• Ideally, knowledge of Master Data and Supply Chain areas: Order
Management, Distribution Management, Inventory Management and Pricing
• Experience developing and managing work plans to complete activities and
deliverables which are tied to business outcomes
• People management and leadership capabilities
• Demonstrated history of effective team management and people development
• Delivery high quality business results and project deliverables on-time
and on-budget
• Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, facilitation, communications
skills
• Demonstrated history of facilitating and resolving issues among
stakeholders with competing deadlines and priorities
• Comfortable operating in a project environment (deadline driven/aggressive
timelines, significant cross-team dependencies, 3rd party consulting
partners, matrixed environment)
• Business knowledge in the release functional areas
• Project Management experience
• At least 10 years experience with Change Management and Training
Design/Development
• At least 7 years of Project Management experience

Leverage experience to provide leadership and guidance for Readiness &
Training team members who will execute activities within the following work
stream areas:
o Organizational Impact
o Organizational and Business Readiness
o End User Training Design, Development, and Delivery
o Communication Planning and Execution

Coordinate Readiness & Training activities, milestones and deliverables with
other teams (e.g., process teams, technology teams, business readiness
teams, etc)
Ensure that Readiness & Training deliverables are completed according to
deadlines and go through the formal review and signed-off process.
Develop and manage resource loaded work plans for the Readiness & Training
team; prepare status reports and manage work plan related metrics on a
weekly basis.
Escalate and resolve cross-team issues with Process or Technology teams and
business-related concerns with the business leadership.
Represent the R&T agenda with stakeholders and work to build an effective
working relationship with the stakeholders
