Work will be initially on-site, but could possibly transition to off-site. Below is a copy of the job project goals and scope of work:* *Scope of Work:* *1. Upgrade the SharePoint pages related to Environmental Management Systems (EMS) from SharePoint 3.0 to SharePoint 2007. * *2. Create document repository pages for our internal customers to submit required forms, plans, reports etc. Documents include: * a. Pest Management Forms, used to report amount of pesticides used at location b. Hazardous Waste Turn In Logs c. National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents such as Records of Environmental Consideration (REC) and Training Records of Environmental Consideration (TREC) d. Documentation to support Section 106 Review related to the National Historic Preservation Act e. Leave Slips: Create an electronic leave slip that will process from the employee, to supervisor, to time and attendance record keeper, and also post the leave on the Environmental Office internal calendar. *3.
