*Relevant Experience (Yrs)*: 5 and above
*Technical/Functional Skills*:
· 4 + year Expertise in PP module (Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, and
Batch Oriented processes)
· BOM, routing, demand management, strategy group, MRP, MPS,
capacity planning, detailed scheduling, production execution, shop floor
control, batch management, variant configuration, classification,
engineering work bench, production order cost, repetitive manufacturing &
interface with external MES system
· Knowledge of Manufacturing execution, Shop Floor Control,
Serialization.
· Functional expertise in Sales and Operations Planning, including
sub-processes such as demand forecast, supply forecast and rough-cut
capacity planning, production planning & detail scheduling at plants.
· Knowledge of Characteristic Based Planning, Forecasting with Bill
of material.
· Strong knowledge in aggregation disaggregation at various levels,
developing Macros, Alerts, Process Chains
· Exposure of Demand Planning; Forecasting Strategies, Forecasting
levels, Various Forecasting Profiles, Error Analysis, Promotion Planning and
Life Cycle Planning
· Exposure - integrating DP process with downstream Processes,
including execution processes
· Strong cross functional knowledge of SAP MM, SD, PM, QM, WM and
BW.
· Exposure to SNP, GATP, and CIF will be an added advantage.
· Working with multiple sub-teams across processes and with the
business to design, build, test and roll out new processes and technologies
· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

and offshore.
