* Title: PeopleSoft HCM Techno Functional Consultant Location: San Jose, CA Duration: 6-12+ Months The Job Description is as follows: -Consultants with 5-7 years extensive experience in IT and 5+ years as a PeopleSoft Techno Functional consultant. -Experience in min 2 or 3 end-to-end Implementations or Upgrade or Support projects. -Must have strong experience and exposure towards the HR and Payroll (Ver 8.8 -Experience in applying the Tax Update / Maintenance Pack. -Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies. -Excellent technical skills in People tools 8.x, PeopleCode, CI and Application Engine programming. -Good understanding and experience in component interface, component buffers & EIP. -Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels. -Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
