Monitor SAP Data Dictionary, Database, System, Storage, and Network performance to help prevent system bottlenecks. · Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for the NOC, Client Services, and Systems Administration personnel to improve Global 24x7 Support of the SAP system. · Work with the Applications development teams to implement new or modified applications. · Create run-books and other documentation using Microsoft Office products. · Develop, administer and enhance the security and privacy of the user data on the servers. · Develop and Implement Project plans using MS Project and Daptiv Project Management tool. · Perform resource and spend analysis for projects needing SAP changes.
