· Should have at least 3+ years of “hands-on” SFDC data migration
experience with at least 5+ years overall in software development
· Must have deep experience with SFDC Data Loader and Informatica
data migrations/integrations
· Proficiency in data migration plan, data migration scripts for
Data Migration from Other CRM to Salesforce.com
· In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the
SFDC CRM application
· Experience with the SFDC toolkit (e.g. Visual force, Apex,
S-controls, Triggers, Chatter, Apex Data Loader, Apex Explorer, etc.)
· Applied knowledge of the solution definition, design, layout and
configuration of the SFDC implementation and related applications
· Ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop
point-of-view, delivery methodologies, etc as related to SFDC
· SFDC Certified professional, SalesForce certified in development
(DEV 401)
