Dear All,
Please find new positions in IT Infrastructure Services area,
Kindly help us in providing suitable candidates,
We can try maximum of $50 / hr.
The new resources would need the following skills in order to provide
support for CMS and IEX. With the continuing decrease in resources in our
component we are in need of at least 3 new resources to replace the 3
resources that will be allocated to EUCP to get us back to a level of
staffing to meet support and project needs of the component.
Skills needed:
· AT&T Route it
· Sprint CCT
Avaya CMS, AES, and IR
experience.
· Troubleshooting
· Installation
· upgrading
· Ability to navigate Solaris and Linux Unix
· Understanding of Avaya based contact center adjuncts and how
they integrate with Cisco ICM.
· Cisco ICM
· Good understanding of the Cisco UCCE solution
· Working knowledge of Cisco CVP,CTIOS, and Support tools
server
· Ability to work with vendor support teams
· Ability to work with vendor project teams.
· Ability to navigate the Systems processes
· Ability to multitask (multiple projects plus support work)
· Works well in team atmosphere
