*Duration: 9 Months* *Work Location: Arden Hills, MN* Hours: 40/week. Needs to be onsite. Manager would accommodate a traveling consultant with a 4 day work week. As the position is a lead role, onsite is a must. They need someone that can lead development ? so onsite is a must, but this person could travel and do a 4 day week. The project is related to our clients Product Labeling Content Management System. Basically, it?s all the labeling content involved in packaging medical devices- Patient and Doctor guides etc. They currently use Abortext and Documentum to feed information into Windchill. This project is going to eliminate the need for the Documentum step. They will be able to move directly from Arbortext to Windchill. They have Arbortext talent, so the emphasis here is on the Windchill skills. Here is the job description as published. Qualifications & Additional Job Specific Requirements: ? 5+ years of experience developing XML publishing systems. o Including: § Authoring, § Content Management and § PDF Publishing. ? 5+ Required Technologies/Languages: o DTD, o FOSI, o XSL-FO, o Java, o Ant, o JavaScript, o JSP, o Arbortext Command Language(ACL). ? Experience with o Arbortext Editor, o Windchill ProjectLink, o Arbortext Publishing Engine. Job Description: Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities: ? Leads the technical design and implementation of a product labeling content management system ? Leads development team to assure a timely solution according to the specifications and implementation of technical requirements ? Provides assistance to Analyst in gathering and defining detailed requirements ? Resolves issues related to the project by working with project team members to find acceptable solutions ? Provides regular status updates to Project Leads and Management ? Consistently follows a defined systems development life cycle methodology ? Works with the business, the vendor, the development and software quality assurance team members to ensure requirements are met ? Hosts design review meetings with internal technical staff to ensure system design meets company standards ? Documents system design per Boston Scientific?s system development methodology requirements ? Works with Project Manager to develop detailed project schedule ?
