Hello, We are having a new requirement for *PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS Techno Functional* position here in *Boston, MA & IL.*
*Title: PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS Techno Functional* *Location: Boston, MA & IL* *Duration: 6-12+Months* *Job Description:* - Consultants with 6-8 years extensive experience in IT and 6+ years as a PeopleSoft HCM / HRMS Techno Functional consultant. - Strong knowledge in HR/Payroll Processes. -Experience in min 2 or 3 end-to-end Implementations projects. - This position must have extensive working knowledge (functional and technical)of the PeopleSoft 9.1 HRMS suite of applications including HR/Payroll, Self Service, Time & Labor, & eRecruit. - Candidate needs to have experience in development utilizing Peopletools 8.4 or above, App Messaging, and SQR. - Person's knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.1 will be extensively relied upon to help suggest usability standards across all PeopleSoft modules including core HR, Staffing, ePerformance, Talent Management, etc - Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies - Must have end-to-end Implementation/Upgrade experience in PS HRMS V8.9 or above (mandatory - Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels - Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
