*Job Description*
SDE 3 with 5 - 7 yrs. of experience having primary responsibilities of
investigate/validate the customer/support technical issues, understand the
functional impact of issue reported, adapting to changing requirements,
create/validate the code fix approach, get approach review done with MS FTE
on need basis, Dev plan creation, provide inputs to Dev team on
blockers/issue, review the code and package, get review done with MSFTE,
talk to client and service team on need basis, track Dev task status and
driving quality upstream in all phases of development.
*Following are the required skill sets: *
1. C#, .Net Framework, Coding, Debugging, Unit Testing
2. Bugs review and investigation
3. Devise code fix approach, approach review
4. Dev plan, estimation & strategy
5. Code review & fundamental ( follow coding standard, analysis the impact
of code change , optimized and high performance code) coding
6. Good ASP.NET and SQL knowledge
7. Communication / interfacing with offshore team based out of Bangalore
8. Good Communication skills

2. VS2010/FXCop

4. WCF knowledge
