Position: *Business Analyst-SAP Production Process/ Operations*

Location: *MO*

Duration: *6+ Months*





*Required Skills: (KEY SKILLS – numbered in order of importance)*



1.            Minimum 5 years SAP configuration experience for Production
Process & Operations – 1

2.            Need at least 2 full life cycle implementation experience. –
2

3.            Strong experience in the use of User Exits, Function Modules,
BAPIs, BADIs, BDCs, LSMW – 3

4.            Experience in configuring and managing the implementation of
functionality including Process Orders, Order settlements,
Contracts/Agreements, Material Costing, BOM’s and Production
Resources/Recipes. – 4

5.            Good understanding of Integration points of Production
Processing with other SAP modules like FI, Costing, MM, etc. – 5

6.      Business Analyst in the area of SAP Production Process/ Operations.



*Responsibilities will include*:



•           Working in close relationship to Seed and Chemical
Manufacturing and Analytical groups to understand business processes.

•           Working with and supporting the Company-Business Network and
working to develop and manage enterprise solutions to problems that best
reduce Company's operating costs within the Supply Chain.

•           Planning, design, configuration, testing, training of SAP PP-PI
Module (Operations processes).

•           Configuration of all of SAP PP-PI, MM functionality.

•           Production support of current sites using SAP PP-PI. This
includes seed production facilities and plant manufacturing centers.
Support of these processes includes developing and maintaining interfaces
to other supporting systems, and touch points with some Contracting
(Outline Agreements) processes.

•           Driving improvements and enhancements at manufacturing sites

•           Development of Functional Design Specifications and other
detailed enhancement documentation to support custom program and BI reports
development.

•           Cross-functional work with FI, MM, QM, ABAP, Security, Basis,
Operations, and other teams as necessary to resolve technical and process
issues

•           Understanding and supporting integration issues that affect the
PP/Operations Process.

•           Identify opportunities for process improvements either in
existing designs or by adopting new functionalities available in ECC 6.0

•           Search and Implement SAP’s OSS system.

10.          Excellent verbal and written communication skills

11.          Results oriented

12.          Good understanding of Integration points of Production

13.          Strong experience in the use of User Exits, Function Modules,
BAPIs, BADIs, BDCs, LSMW – 3

14.     Demonstrate effectiveness in meeting with users and management to
define complex business requirements in sufficient detail to determine the
appropriate SAP config
