• Experience working with UI/Web Design teams
• Experience working cross-organizationally with multiple integration
points/partners
• Experience managing business analysts, testers and developers
• Experience working with external vendors
• Must have experience with RFPs, RFIs, and legal contracts
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio and Sharepoint is required
• Evening and weekend work may be required
· Retail and Wireless Industry experience is preferred
• Experience in an Agile development environment is required
• PMP Certification is preferred
• Experience in Project Management for both multi-distributed teams
teams is preferred
• Must have experience working with multi-million dollar budgets
*Minimum 5 years in Project Management*
*Key Responsibilities:***
• Overall project management responsibility for a suite of online
tools and content, representing both business and IT needs, requirements,
and deliverables
• Manage financials and reporting for each project
• Manage and define resources and schedule
• Manage complex projects from inception to deployment including
planning and scheduling of project deliverables, goals, milestones, etc.
• Create strategies and mitigation/contingency plans for risk and
issue management
• Candidate must have a strong personality, be able to take
initiative, ask questions and implement a process for continued improvement
• Must be able to voice opinion and take charge when needed
• Efficient worker producing high-quality work product
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong presentation and customer service skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively up to Senior Leadership
team as well as down
• Successfully manage conflicts within group
• Able to navigate complex organizations with ease
• Must possess excellent negotiation skills
