Excellent subject matter expert
ECC, SMC and command-line experience
Deep knowledge of advanced features and functionality (thin provisioning,
FAST, FCOE, etc)
Replication using complex SRDF configurations
Performance testing and tuning knowledge of SPA
Security attributes
*OS *
Database storage configuration
Windows, Linux, UCS
Storage provisioning for VMWare ESX and VDI
Data mobility within VMWare ESX storage vMotion
General
Storage data migrations using OpenReplicator and PPME
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong, assertive personality traits
Extremely security conscious both procedurally and technically
Problem solving ability, especially in high pressure situations where the
customer is
asking seemingly unusual questions
Self-awareness to know not only what you know, but also what you dontand to
not be
embarrassed about that
Ability to operate in a transparent environment, with a culture based upon
giving and
receiving feedback
Requirement to show strong initiative and desire to improve status quo
Skills Hardware: V-MAX,
Skills Software: Open Replicator, FAST,
