*Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)*

*Must-Have*

   - Exposure to Production support processes
   - Experience in C#, ASP.net and Crystal Reports
   - Experience in Oracle 10 G / SQL 2005
   - Experience in JavaScript, XML
   - Manufacturing Domain Exposure
   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and
   Chinese.

*Good-to-Have*

   - Understanding of Manufacturing IT systems (ERP/MES) will be an added
   advantage.
   - Experience (Design, Development and Implementation) of any MES package
   - Knowledge of application interfacing with ERP/ PLC/ DCS will be an
   added advantage.
   - Knowledge of industry standards e.g. S95, S88 etc will be highly
   appreciated

*Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role *

·         Support and maintain existing MES Application by prioritizing,
analyzing the support tickets / issues

·         Effort Estimation and Impact Analysis for Problem Report or
Change request

·         Implementing fix / patch in the Development environment

·         Providing support on testing of enhancement fix / hot patch in
the Simulation or the Integration environment

·         Raising a Problem report for the issues raised by user if
resolution of issue needs code change

·         Coordinate with APRISO for critical support on APRISO – FlexNet
Product issues (L3)

·         Perform root cause analysis and remediation for repeated issues

·         Collaborate with the other teams (BI, ERP, CBS IT, MQ) in order
to resolves issues when other systems are impacted or other systems are
impacting MES

·         Providing resolution to users for the tickets/ issues

·         Contribute in Process Improvement activities
