*Responsibilities:*
· Business and Functional Requirements Analysis for a Retail Point of Sale
Application in the Wireless Retail Industry
· User Interface Design
· Business Process Modeling (As Is and To Be)
· Requirements Documentation in the form of Use Cases
· UML Activity Diagramming
· Participate and Facilitate JAD Sessions
· Work Closely with and Foster Good Working Relationships with the Business
and Integration Partners
· Work Closely with Onshore and Offshore Development Teams
· Review Test Cases and Test Scripts
· Testing of the Application to Ensure that Requirements are Met

*Required Skills and/or Experience:*
- BA Experience or Domain Knowledge in at Least One of the Following
Areas: Wireless/Telecom, Subscription Services, or Retail Point of Sale
- Usability Lab Experience – Designing Sessions and Formulating Actions
Based Upon Results
- Desktop Application GUI Design (Not Web)
- Writing Use Cases and Activity Diagrams
- Ability to Read and Interpret XML, XSDs, or APIs
- Experience Working with Offshore Development Teams
· Experience Working in a Large Corporate Environment
· Experience Writing Requirements for Large System Integration Projects
