*Technical/Functional Skills*:
1. Should have working exposure on SharePoint 2010.
2. Should have good exposure on customization in SharePoint.
3. Should have complete knowledge of SharePoint concepts (Especially
on SharePoint 2010) for educating/interacting client for getting
requirement, analyzing the feasibility and develop.
4. Should have worked in authorization/authentication in SharePoint.
Must have exposure on Form Based authentication in SharePoint.
5. Should have experience on SharePoint complex workflows,
Customization of search & search results, Master Pages, Object Model/Client
object model, XSLT, WebParts, Timer Jobs, CAML Queries, Linq to SharePoint.
6. Development experience of SharePoint 2010 using Visual Studio
2010.

1. Designing/Architecture of challenging SharePoint application.
2. Client interaction for analyzing requirement and providing better
way to develop in SharePoint.
3. Full ownership of Start to End delivery – Requirement analysis,
