Additional leadership responsibilities may be required depending upon the experience of the individual. Additional responsibilities may include developing or assisting in developing work plans and estimates for information systems projects, ensuring adherence to standards relative to the technical aspects of assigned projects. Areas of technical guidance may include, but are not limited to, current operating standards, development methodologies, documentation standards, programming languages, user interfaces, event modeling, estimating work effort, and adherence to work plans. Researches, analyzes, and documents selected elements of assigned information systems projects at a level that is appropriate based on skills of individual. Designs, tests, and codes computer programs and prepares them for complete operational status. Aids in the preparation of user procedures and conducts training and implementation sessions. Prepares test data, schedules, and conversion procedures, and tests the operation of computer systems. Evaluates and estimates requested program modifications. Reports status and progress of assigned projects to management. Responsible for providing support and enhancements for web-based applications, including an IVR / call-in system (Java) and a Time and Attendance application (TimeLink). Strong analyst skills required to troubleshoot both technical and process-related issue. Work Environment: TimeLink, IVR (Java), WebSphere, SQL. Travel will be required to various manufacturing sites: Wisconsin, Kansas City and York. Works with multiple internal teams and with external suppliers.
