*Technical/Functional Skills * :
· 2-3 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex Programming,
Visual force page development, Salesforce configuration and workflow).
· Experience in Integration of Salesforce with ETL, WEBSPHERE, etc
would be good to have.
· Certification of Salesforce Developer would be an added advantage
*Experience Required* : +4 years
*Roles & Responsibilities*
· Main responsibilities include understanding the business
requirements and translating them to the system requirements for offshore.
· Development & Testing of forms, workflows and functional modules
within Salesforce, which would need Apex programming & visual force page
development in certain situations.
· Documentation - creating the functional / technical architecture
document and the user manual
· Coordinating with offshore to complete the development work
according to the plan.
· Support Campaign processes in Salesforce in the long run
*Generic Managerial Skills *: Ability to connect with company
executives in sales & marketing, product management teams and generate
discussions based on research findings.
*Education *: No restriction
