*Relevant Experience (Yrs)*: 4+ yrs
*Technical/Functional Skills*:
· Experience with methodologies like Logistic/Linear Regressions,
CHAID/CART/Clustering techniques, Hazard Model, Time Series Analysis,
Optimization (LP, NLP, and Integer Programming), Simulation & Neural
network tools
· Experience in advanced statistics software e.g. Base SAS, SAS/STAT,
SQL, and SAS Enterprise Miner/Guide
· High level of proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving
and to translate business problems into analytical solutions that drive and
support business strategies and tactics
*Experience Required*:
· Minimum 4 years of experience in advanced modeling techniques with
application of Statistics/Econometrics in Marketing Analytics
· 2+ years of banking/financial industry experience preferred
*Roles & Responsibilities*:
· Maintaining, validating, implementing, and potentially developing
statistical models
· Provide insights and recommendations to support client experience
standards and expectations by assessing opportunities and making subsequent
recommendations as to the analytical approach
· Guiding the data formulation process which may include
identification of attributes, exploratory data analysis, data
transformation, and temporal layout
· Accountable for building techniques that measure the effectiveness
of different marketing campaigns, specifically in regards to response,
revenue generation, insights gained from the campaign, and return on
marketing spending
· Ad hoc analysis in support of Marketing and Member Strategies
*Generic Managerial Skills*: Ability to connect with company executives in
sales & marketing, product management teams and generate discussions based
on research findings.
*Education*: Master’s degree or equivalent in Statistics, Economics,
Mathematics or related quantitative field
