1. Design, develop, test and deploy interfaces for Kronos
2. Design, develop, test and deploy custom reports for Kronos
3. Application Server and SQL Database setups to support Kronos
4. Performance and configuration tuning for Kronos
5. Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and
customers.
6. Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal
direction.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
1. Application Server/SQL Database setup (including WDM) and
configuration
2. Creating/Modifying RDLs and Kronos custom reports, SSRS
3. Experience with Visual Studio 2008, SQL Server 2008, Windows 2008
64 bit OS, Oracle 10.2.x and 11g
4. Toad or Oracle SQL Developer
5. Strong SQL scripting (T-SQL)
6. Kronos Connect/WIM/SDM experience
7. Extracting data from one system to another (such as payrule
configuration
