· In depth knowledge of NCR ACS application
o Windows 2003 servers
o Self checkouts (SCOT)
· POS experience – retail world (EBT, gift cards)
· Working Knowledge on Windows platform, Win2k server
· Windows tools for troubleshooting (remote admin into store;
review event logs; ftp files; review services; start/end services)
· Basic network knowledge (how switches/routers work; how server
talks to registers; how to make server/register talk to each other and
research if are)
· Microtrax Payment Systems

6-8 years of experience in supporting Point of Sale software application
support for Retail or related industries.
· As a support analyst would be responsible to support the Point of
Sales software application and the various interfaces at Enterprise Level,
· Met the SLAs of delivery, troubleshooting and working with
various teams
· Work with the team in different zone to deliver the required fixes
· Provide temporary and permanent fixes for the problems
Root cause analysis
Able to work with teams in different time zones across the world
