*Duration: 12 months +* * * *Job Description:* 1. Sound understanding of *Performance Test Analysis *methodologies. 2. Ability to cary out a deep dive and RCA using the monitoring results from Performance Testing executions. 3. Having very good understanding of various monitoring tools especially freeware tools such as *Splunk*. Experience in other tools should be leveraged. Experience in Monitoring Tools such as *Sitescope/Diagnostics/Dynatrce/Wily Introscope *etc will be necessary. 4. Good understanding of *Java Dev* *environment /Linux OS/Oracle* 5. Ideal candidate needs to have good knowledge in *JMeter*Performance Test tool. However he/she should have the ability to leverage performance testing and tool expertise in other industry standard tools such as *LoadRunner/Performance Center/SilkPerformer/RPT*. 6. Ability to interact and get into deep dive technical discussions with various teams such as dev/DBA/Architects/Business 7. Ability to defend analysis results in front of these teams and justify the same technically. 8. Excellent communication skills 9. Ability to deliver under pressure. Desirable/Good to have: 1. Ability to understand infrastructure level /physical architecture and provide recommendations for performance improvements. 2.
