*Send me your consultant resume and contact details……ASAP* * * * * *Job Title: Systems/Server Administrator* *Location:* Pittsburgh, PA *Job Type:* 12 months *PHONE HIRE for non locals* *Local must come for face to face* * Job Description: * Description/Comment: Requirements for Senior Engineer for Infrastructure Architecture * Min 5 years experience working in a large datacenter centric environment * Extensive experience and comfort troubleshooting and supporting All flavors of Microsoft OS (configuration, troubleshooting, automating) Microsoft domain technologies(AD, replication, dns, wins) Advanced configurations like MSCS or veritas clustering Networks and connectivity in a complex environment with firewalls, proxies etc VMware/vsphere ESX, virtual center, and ancillary tools in a large environment Citrix/Xenapp servers and thin client solutions Server recoveries and/or DR testing SAN connectivity, storage presentation and multipath tools (i.e. powerpath, MPIO) MSSQL and DB technologies from an SA point of view (infrastructure), (not seeking dba) Web technologies (IIS, apache, tomcat, websphere, etc) vendor and in house written applications, from a server infrastructure point of view * Core Skills required * Superior thinker, ability to troubleshoot and improvise solutions Ability to act as liaison between PMs, business areas, and other technical areas to bring a new (windows) application from initial server build stages through integration and into live production in the data center.
