Experience in US payroll is required. Knowledge of SAP ERecruitment is necessary. Should be able to understand customer requirements and write functional/Technical specification documents for RICEFs Should be able to work with Interfaces (ALE/IDOC/File Transfer) to third party systems like ADP .
