Make sure the Consultant's skills match the requirement. *Job Title: Salesforce.com (SFDC) Architect* *Location: Milpitas, CA* *Duration: 6+ Months* * * * * * * *Responsibilities:* - Will act as a liaison with business teams to understand CRM business requirements and translate into Salesforce.com design. - Be a part of architecture discussions and prepare the architecture including all SFDC integration components. - Perform fit-gap analysis and detailed estimation for Salesforce.com projects. - Delivery ownership of Functional and Technical Design for SFDC projects. - Lead the development team for high quality and timely deliverables. - Experience in Global Delivery Model working with Offshore teams. - End to End ownership of complex Salesforce.com projects including deployment and post deployment support. - Point of Contact for all Salesforce.com projects for the customer. - Perform of preventive and corrective maintenance practices like root cause analysis to remove and prevent defects. * * *Qualifications:* * * - Certified Salesforce.com consultant with 5+ years of experience. - Strong hands-on Apex programming and Visual Force capability. - Good Java programming skills. - Hands-on with job scheduling and Integration of Salesforce.com using Web Services. - Well versed in Salesforce.com Fit gap analysis, creation of SFDC design and entity models, architecture. - Experienced in handling data migration and code deployment using data loader and Eclipse respectively in SFDC environments. - Good understanding of solution implementation on Force.com. - Experienced in SFDC Release Management/deployment activities. - Strong functional knowledge of CRM, Sales/Service and Custom cloud. - Knowledge of testing tools and techniques to write scripts and set up test environment for development and Integration environments. - Strong customer interfacing skills, written and Verbal Communication skills. - Working Experience in agile development projects. - BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
