Due to our on-going growth, *Cohesive Technologies* is currently seeking experienced IT Recruiters from the US staffing industry. Our Recruiters work with Account Managers to identify, screen, interview, present and hire qualified candidates for contract and permanent positions. *Qualified Recruiter candidates will: * •Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle i.e., sourcing qualified candidates to deploying selected candidates with the clients. •Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to staff clients' requirements. •Develop recruiting strategies and identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools. •Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirements. •Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of the position with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements. •Manage contract employees while on assignment. •Communicate effectively with teams in order to create a productive work environment. •Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting "best practices" •Provide accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools. •Maintain vendor relationships to get candidate referrals and sales leads. Essential Qualifications: •Have a Bachelor's degree or a Diploma. •Possess strong written and oral English communication skills. •Be familiar with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook (or similar email application). •Have work experience in US Staffing industry. •Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals. *Location: Hyderabad* *Employment Type: Direct - Full Time* Compensation: Cohesive's compensation package is highly competitive including both a base salary, commission and an exceptional benefits package including a comprehensive Medical & Accident Insurance plan, Gratuity, and Vacation pay.
