Our Account Managers work with clients to understand their hiring needs and help them hire qualified candidates for contract and permanent positions. Our position requires experience or aptitude to build skills in the following areas: *Qualified Account Management candidates will: * •Develop relationships with hiring / business managers of clients. •Analyze requirements from clients, assign and have a close follow through with hiring teams. •Work closely with hiring team to ensure delivery meets Clients' expectations. •Manage and develop relationships with consultants. •Meet recruitment, revenue and bottom line targets. •Report on daily basis to Vice President on activities performed and submit weekly sales reports. •Manage a team of recruiters and coordinate with other department personnel as & when required. •Ensure customer delight through - Quality, TAT and Cost Effectiveness. *Essential Qualifications: * •2+ years of experience either as Recruitment Manager / Account Manager in US IT Staffing industry •4 – 6 years of total experience in Recruitment / Sales / Business Development, preferably from US IT Staffing industry •Good understanding of staffing business, sales process and recruitment process •Ability to manage multiple client relationships and engagements •Ability to independently deliver results with minimal supervision •Strong communication & presentation skills •Good business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit •Strong problem-solving/analytical skills and negaotiation skills •Good team management and coordination skills *Location: Hyderabad* *Employment Type: Direct - Full Time* Compensation: Cohesive's compensation package is highly competitive including both a base salary, commission and an exceptional benefits package including a comprehensive Medical & Accident Insurance plan, Gratuity, and Vacation pay.
