This is for a .Net Tech Lead (hands on experience is required) with onsite/ offshore co-ordinating experience. Proffered Years of Experience: 8 Years plus *Job Description * Must Have: Experience in C#, ASP.NET, MVC 3/4, WCF/Web Services, .NET 2.0/3.5/4.0 Experience in Design Patterns, AJAX, CSHTML, SSRS, HTML, Javascript/JQuery, CSS Experience with databases (SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008, SQL Server Express, Oracle) Experience in Windows Server 2003/2008, IIS 6.0/7.0/7.5 Experience in Visual Studio 2003/2005/2008/2010, VSS, Testing tools, Reusable components (EntLib, NHibernate, log4net, etc.) Prior experience in production support, maintenance or development projects Good experience in Design, Architecture, SOA. Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time *Nice to Have:* Experience in Visual Studio 2012, .NET 4.5, MKS, SSIS. Experience in Microsoft CRM (Customization, custom component development).
