There is an urgent requirement of *Storage & Backup Engineer @ San Rafael, CA.* If interested then please send your updated resume ASAP. *Position : Storage & Backup Engineer* *Location: San Rafael, CA* *Job Description:* *Responsibilities:* • Ensure the stability, availability and performance of supported systems • Minimum 2-4 yrs experience in the following areas - Capacity Management, Service-now, High volume request/incident process • Excellent written and verbal command • Daily requests for services:- Agreed Service Level Agreement turn-around, Capacity Management, Release and Deployment, Patch Management • Experience on unix/linux, windows and vmware platform is desirable • Work closely with application teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues • Maintains proper backup schedules, restore and recover data as requested, and facilitate off-site storage of tape *Prefered Certifications: * • EMC Storage Administrator track-Level - Associate or Specialist • Specialty - Clariion or Symmetrix Solutions.
