*Job Title: COGNOS Developer * *Location: Brentwood, TN* *Duration : 6 months CTH* **** Must be GC or US Citizen **** *Responsibilities:* Designing star schemas over varied sources of data which meet the business imperatives. Analyzing disparate sources of data and implementing an ETL process. Design and develop an ETL process to incorporate source data into the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Participate in all required steps of the SDLC process, including but not limited to documentation, testing and implementation. Ensure code follows best practices and standards as laid out by the Data Warehouse and IT policies. Mentor team members on ETL best practices as well as star schema and data modeling design. *Required Skills: * MUST have recent Cognos experience. This is the client’s tool of choice. Proven experience managing/leveraging outsourced solutions/providers. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
