Role: Java Lead Location: Denver CO Duration: Long Term   Skills: Sql, Java, Web Services, Agile, JQuery, _javascript_, Tomcat, Spring, Junit  Required skill set: Basic SQL Core Java Web Technologies- velocity, JQuery, _javascript_ WebServices (Apache CXF) JDBC Spring/Any other Framework JUnit OOAD & Design Patterns Debugging Skills Tomcat or any other web/app servers IDE - Eclipse/Other PL/SQL Programming Optimizer Basics Tablespace Management (Nice to have) Object Structures (table, indexes) management (optional) XSLT/FOP (Optional) Backup and restore databases  (optional) Qualifications: 6+ years of experience. Experience with Agile development methodologies, especially Scrum Personal characteristics required: Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Work independently on complex tasks Produce well-written technical documentation Communicates appropriately up and down the management chain Should be able to handle complete life cycle of a module/ change request independently with minimum guidance.
