Kindly respond to this requirement with your consultant resume, contact and current location to speed up the interview process. *Job Title: QA Lead* *Location: Milwakee,Wisconsin* *Duration: 6-12 Months * *Rate: DOE* *F2F Required* *Job Description:* *·** Looking for resources that go beyond the typical QA/Test analyst or test lead role. * *·** Experience with automation is a must. If they have technical skills (development, performance testing, experience with environment management, data management, SCM, etc) that is a huge plus. * *·** We are looking for well-rounded rock stars who can function on a scrum team and help out with other tasks if necessary.* *·** If they have experience with HP QC/ALM or TFS, and any automation tools (QTP?), that is huge.* *Soft Skills*: Looking for talent, experience, independence, great people skills, communication skills. *Start Date*: mid-Sept; also a rolling start-date as the team foresees this as an ongoing need for a while *Length of assignment*: For sure through end of year; if candidate is strong they will be asked to stay on in current role or a different role; the potential is always there for a conversion opportunity should the candidate continuously meet the needs of the space as well as have excellent performance *Basic Function* Able to assume accountabilities as QA/Technical lead on a project / technical area, managing the effort as the main point of contact. Accountable for applying quality assurance best practices, owning the testing effort/technical area, managing the build out & retention of business knowledge (through people & documentation), and ensuring a consistent quality process is being applied to support CTS initiatives & business needs. May be assigned to more than one project at a time or be assigned to a portfolio of small projects. *Additional Information:* Seeking an individual to be both accountable and responsible for: *·* *Continuous and proactive learning and development within the overall QA discipline, keeping current with QA Best Practices* *·* *Maturing the technical QA processes through research, development, and implementation of industry best practices* *·* *Drive engagement with both internal teams (e.g. Performance) & external partners (e.g. Infrastructure space) to ensure right teams and resources are engaged appropriately* *·* *Validating, negotiating, and justifying of estimates, and achieving agreed upon scope, schedule, and cost. Tracking actuals for validation of, and adjustment to, estimates* *·* *Capturing and interpreting quality metrics both at project level and enterprise level* *·* *Day to day mentoring and coaching of CTS team members on quality assurance/testing best practices and processes* *·* *Governance of adherence to CTS key processes and procedures* *·* *Ability to adapt and build out QA/Testing practices and processes to accommodate a range of project methodologies: (e.g. propose methods for Scrum projects)* *·* *Management of quality and testing risks and issues.
