*Location:* Detroit, MI *ETL Team Lead* With general guidance and coaching, participates in design, development and implementation of specific new and emerging technologies, platforms and services. Assists in the assessment of technical viability of new products and technologies. Works with developers and infrastructure specialists to pilot and evaluate new technologies. Participates in development of business cases and obtaining approvals for capital expenditures. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Significant creativity is required. This resource will lead a team of 3 resources to test newly developed solutions. The resource will be expected to not only identify test failures but suggest solutions and facilitate discussions that lead to better outcomes. *Top Three Skills / Experience:* - Strong SQL skill set (5-10 years) - Extensive experience in ETL and Data Warehouse testing (5-10 years) - Lead a team of testers of 3 or more (5-10 years) *Required Skills / Experience:* - Extensive experience in leading the testing of complex projects - Extensive Experience in SQL server 2008 platform - Extensive ETL experience - Expertise in Data analysis, Data modeling, Database design, Data migration, and Business intelligence solutions - Prior Health Care industry experience is a must - Strong skills required in communications, leadership, presentations to senior management, problem-solving, project management, team development and organization - 10+ years of experience specifically with leading System Integration and User Acceptance Testing - Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to find successful resolutions for moderate to complex issues, escalating those that require management involvement, when necessary - Experience in Data centric testing.
