I personally do not have access to any kind of documents or erratas from the vendor, but I expect that at some point someone will, and then I can point them to this and other PR's and the issues will get fixed for real. My advice is currently just to wait until that happens, if you need to have this issue fixed. Looking at what Linux does, may or may not also be a viable way to spend time ...
