It has no markings on the device such as brand, model, etc. It has a pair button which, I gather from you, that the genuine Jabra doesn't. And, despite the same USB vendor/model ids, it isn't recognized by jLink. And it doesn't work properly yet your genuine Jabra does. So mine is likely a clone.
