I don't believe there's any option to choose from multiple splash screens at startup. You could forego using the built-in splash screens and create your own using an empty first card, showing the appropriate image for each language. Depending on the design of the splash, you might be able to use one image, and treat the slogan as text in field that is updated based on language.
