This is a bug, reported for LC 6-8 (not by me). I have it frequently, about 50% of all startups are crashes on Mac 10.11 Especially when I have several versions running.
If LC is asking too often for license data it helps mostly here to simply cancel. The error message is for "Ignoring" the crash comes with the next startup of LC from Mac.
