This gives us a clue. It looks like your mail server is not detecting the line endings in the body of the e-mail. Can you try add the following line just before the call to tsNetSmtpSync (line 38) in the mouseUp handler of the “Send Email” button: replace LF with CRLF in tPostData And see if that makes any difference?
