Not to mention the non-green aspect of printing hundreds of single sided pages.
(most people don't have the time to figure out the machinations needed to print on both sides.)
The price Rev charges for the manual is around what it will cost to get a pdf of that length printed. The dictionary is probably quite a bit less. Bit of a bargain really.
