Hiya,
I tend to print 4 'pages' per paper page on large documentation.
Sometimes makes it easier to reference items and notes on the same page.

The price Rev charges for the manual is around what it will cost
to get a
pdf of that length printed. The dictionary is probably quite a
bit less.
Bit of a bargain really.
