Something like 64% of machines have QuickTime (http://www.adobe.com/products/player_census/flashplayer/ ), so your possible market would be limited to only 400 millions users. Rev would do the reading and writing of MIDI for you. Someone else would have to do a handler that converted something easy into MIDI data that could be stored and then written when needed.
