using the shell with : killAll "Finder"

or in Rev

using

get shell("killAll 'Finder'") works

Does anyone know what is causing this? I had a Application Icon that
had been copied into the Mac OS X Standalone with no problems, and then
all of a sudden when Rev builds the standalone, it doesn't copy the icon.

This happened to me recently. I gave up trying to find the cause and went to the old standby method of zipping/unzipping the standalone. The icon was
there, which means it's something to do with updating the Finder.
