BRAZIL. now, let us not talk about latency when my ISP had the worst latency in the world and because of DEBTS had it's own call center DISCONNECTED for a WHOLE MONTH! yes, ISP with no call center for a month and the network with high latency and constant disconnects and I working on remote sites by ssh. now before someone shouts, this is the only ISP that attends my area.
