Bill posted an Enhancement Request in the QA Center back in 2007. I
would suggest that you login vote for it.

Voting Does Work. The 4.0 web plugin was an Enhancement Request
that a
few of us had many years ago. I voted for it, so I'm sure with enough
votes you could get your enhancement request implemented.
